Erin Patterson Podcast -  the show’s host Elisabeth has been following this intriguing case since 2023. The Mushroom Murder Trial Podcast is the story  of a mum-of-two from South Gippsland, in south-eastern Australia, accused of homicide and attempted murder.

Erin Trudi Patterson, aged 50, from Leongatha, has pleaded not guilty to three counts of murder and one count of attempted murder. She is accused of deliberately serving a dish containing death cap mushrooms during a family lunch on July 29, 2023. Ms Patterson denies all allegations.

Following that meal, Don and Gail Patterson, both aged 70, and Heather Wilkinson, 66, died. Ian Wilkinson Heather’s husband, became critically ill but ultimately survived.
